Real Confidence, Real Self-Defense, Real Fun

Gi & No-Gi Classes Available

Your child is growing fast, and they need an environment that grows with them. Our program helps students ages 7–13 build the character and athletic skills to handle challenges both on and off the mats. We believe that serious learning doesn’t have to be boring. That’s why our curriculum is built to be technical and structured, yet deeply supportive. whether they are training in the Gi or No-Gi, your child will experience a safe, positive atmosphere that challenges them to improve while keeping the experience fun and engaging.

Why BJJ Is Perfect for Ages 7–13

We believe this is the perfect age to introduce the deeper concepts of martial arts. BJJ challenges students to think critically, developing focus and emotional regulation as they solve physical puzzles on the mats. This process naturally builds discipline and resilience, teaching them that effort leads to progress. Your child will gain immense fitness and coordination, but more importantly, they will gain the ability to stay calm in stressful situations. It is a practical self-defense system that prioritizes control, ensuring they can protect themselves without resorting to violence.

Gi and No-Gi Classes (Both Are Offered)

To provide a complete martial arts education, we offer both traditional Gi classes and No-Gi sessions for this age group. In our Gi (Uniform) classes, children learn the structure and tradition of Jiu Jitsu. They wear the kimono to master basic grips, learn how to move safely within the uniform, and follow the classic belt progression system. In our No-Gi classes, the focus shifts to athleticism and speed. Without the uniform to hold onto, kids learn a faster-paced wrestling style that emphasizes natural movement, simple takedown games, and quick reactions. Both styles are fun, safe, and age-appropriate—and together, they create a comprehensive foundation for your child’s growth.

What They’ll Learn

Our 7–13 curriculum is designed to move beyond simple movements and into real technical application. We teach a complete system that covers safe takedowns and standing control, as well as the sweeps and reversals needed to navigate a physical struggle. Students master the fundamentals of dominant positions—such as guard, mount, and back control—while also learning essential escapes from pins and holds. Submissions are introduced responsibly and safely, ensuring respect for the power of the technique. Through supervised live sparring (“rolling”), children learn to stay calm and think clearly while someone resists, teaching them to solve problems with their body and mind rather than just memorizing moves.

Anti-Bullying Confidence (Without Aggression)

One of the biggest benefits parents notice after joining our program is a shift in confidence that changes how their kids carry themselves. We teach students that true strength isn’t about aggression; it’s about the ability to stay calm in stressful situations and the courage to set boundaries. Our curriculum empowers them to handle physical conflict safely if it arises, but also instills the wisdom to walk away when possible. Ultimately, they walk out the door knowing they can protect themselves if needed. This knowledge is powerful: kids who feel capable are much less likely to be targeted by bullies, and much less likely to become bullies themselves.

A Culture Parents Trust

Our culture is built on a foundation of trust. We understand that you are entrusting us with your child’s development, which is why our coaches teach with safety as the absolute priority. We blend kindness with clear structure to ensure every student feels supported while learning real technical skills. By fostering positive accountability and enforcing a zero-tolerance rule regarding ego and bullying, we create a space where character counts as much as ability. Your child will find a place where they are constantly encouraged to grow, without ever being pushed into unsafe situations.
